How to obtain a Turkish property title (TAPU)
A Turkish title deed is the document that verifies ownership of a specific property. The property deed or land purchased is registered on the title deed in Turkey, and the buyer and seller sign in the presence of the state translator. A landlord is an individual or legal entity whose name is written directly on the title deed. There is no age limit: minor children can also be listed on the title deed property in Turkey.

Full title deed (red)
When an apartment in Turkey is bought ready for delivery and housing, the title deed will be given to the apartment that was purchased, as the title deed indicates your ownership of the apartment. The real estate registry of the apartment must be disclosed before the purchase process in order to know if the property is subject to restrictions such as seizure or mortgage. The Real Estate Registry Department must be checked for disclosure and inquiries because the restrictions are not mentioned if they are found in the title deed.

Easement real estate bond (blue)
When a property under construction is purchased, the property is registered with an easement title deed. The easement (blue) bond is the title deed, which is registered for each section of the project, where the construction company is planning the project and laying out the plan to start building the project after obtaining approval for construction. The project is divided into several sections, and each apartment is equipped with a special title deed that shows the location, area of the apartment, and information about it. Upon completion of construction work, the title deed will be granted in full.
