Residence permit in Turkey..emlak ferdoselhayat

If you want to stay in Turkey for more than 90 days, you will have to apply for a residence permit in Turkey. If you have a valid visa, you must apply for a residence permit only if the visa expired during your stay and if your stay exceeds 90 days.
There are several types of residence permit in Turkey:
Tourist residence permit
Family residence permit
Student residence permit
Work residence permit
Long-term residence permit
Humanitarian residence permit

You must apply for a residence permit at the Turkish consulate in your country or country of residence. If you are already in Turkey, you can apply for an exceptional application for a residence permit in Turkey with the local authorities.
If you want to apply for residency in Turkey, you need a passport document that is valid for at least 60 days after the required residency permit has expired and two copies of it. Moreover, you will need at least four passport-sized photos (to be on the safe side, bring eight photos), your visa, if you have one and a completed application form. Depending on the type of residence permit, you may need more documents (for example a certificate from your employer, school, university, bank, etc.).
Your residence permit will be valid between 6 months and 5 years, depending on the type of stay and the reason for your application for residence. Costs may vary but approximately $ 60 for obtaining a residence permit in Turkey.

Renewing your residence permit

If you want to renew your residence permit, you must do so in the local authorities, 60 days before the permit expires. A free document will be issued stating that your renewal application is pending and that you are allowed to stay in Turkey until the decision is made, even if your permit has expired by that date. The new permit will be effective exactly from the date of expiry of the previous permit.
However, under no circumstances should you try to trick the Turkish authorities to prolong the validity of your residence permit - you run the risk of being deported to your country or a notorious prison system in Turkey.

Long-term residence permit in Turkey

If you want to apply for a long-term Turkish residence permit you must meet the following requirements
8 years of continuous residence in Turkey
Not receiving social assistance for the past three years
Valid health insurance
Paper has no rule
You will need the same documents as other residence permits, as well as your residence book and Turkish tax number.
